Ministry of Defence of R Bulgaria awarded Lema Trading Ltd. with a certificate for quality management system in accordance with AQAP 2110.
AQAP 2110 is an Allied Quality Assurance Publication, which contains the Alliance requirements towards the quality management system throughout the life cycle of a product/service. AQAP 2110 was designed along the model of ISO 9001 standard, but specific requirements of NATO were added.
Certification under AQAP is voluntary for a contractor/supplier and aims to increase the confidence of the customers in the sphere of defense and security. When there is a risk related to the realization of a product designed for the needs of defense, then some additional requirements of NATO could be placed and Government Quality Assurance (GQA) should be introduced.
AQAP 2110 certification of Lema Trading is a prerequisite for successful implementation of NATO projects.
