The contract is for design, construction and installation works for overhaul of two floors of a building located at a site of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense in the city of Pleven.
Construction works were carried out for complete renovation of the premises on both floors, as well as on the roof of the building.
It was done delivery and installation of a diesel generator for power supply at the site.
Parts of the installations for water supply and sewerage have been replaced, as well as newly constructed. Air conditioning and ventilation systems for the provided premised have been also ensured.
New cabling was installed at the site, as well as delivery and mounting of new electrical distribution switchboards, lighting and power socket outlet installations, grounding and lightning protection were done.
The necessary physical security systems at the site for intrusion detection alarm, access control, video surveillance, fire detection alarm and fire extinguishing, as well as structured cabling systems for exchange of classified and unclassified information have been provided.
Systems Operation Training for the service personnel has been also performed. Commissioning of the site in Pleven was on 15th November 2019.
